Partner in Knight Frank and Rutley (Nig.). Mr Idudu was Chariman/Board Member of many companies among which is Bendel Property
Development Authority and Delta Development & Planning.
CAPT. T. G. OGISI - Director
He is retired proressional pilot. A graduate of Nigerian School of Aviation Technology, he attended numerous aviation courses overseas. He worked with the Nigeria Airways and rose to the rank of Chief Pilot. He was subsequently appointed Director of Flight Operations of Nigeria Airways and retired voluntarily in 1988. He is presently actively involved in manufacturing, building construction and contracting business. He owns several companies among which are Hinat Consolidated and ORT Limited.
SENATOR (CHIEF) JONATHAN TUNDE OGBEHA - Director
Senator (Chief) Jonathan Tunde Ogbeha attended the Nigerian Military School, Zaria, where he obtained Nigerian Defence
Academy Certificate of Education (NDACE) in 1970 and was commissioned Second Lieutenant same year. He also attended
Nigerian Institute of Management and obtained a Certificate in NIM in 1976. In 1986, he attended The Nigerian Institute of Policy and Strategic
Studies.
Senator Jonathan Tunde Ogbheha has attended various military courses locally and abroad. These include: Advanced Infantry courses in the United States of America (USA) and Command and Staff College, Jaji. He has held various Command Staff appointments in various units of The Nigerian Army, including Commandant Infantry Centre & School, Chief of Administration at the Army Headquarters and Defence Adviser in Harare, Zimbabwe
In 1985, he was appointed an Ambassador to Equatorial Guinea. In 1987, he was politically appointed as Pioneer Military Governor of Awka Ibom State, while in 1988, he was appointed Molitary Governor of the now defunct Bendel State.
Senator (Chief) J.T. Ogbeha has distinguished himself with numerous Awards and Medals. He voluntary retired as a Brig-Gen. in 1993. He is a democratically elected Senator representing Kogi West on the platform of People Democratic Party (PDP) in February 1999.
REAR-ADMIRAL F. I. O. NESIAMA (RTD) - Director
Rear-Admiral Franklin Iwetan O'tseneye Nesiama (rtd) was born on 5th December 1943. He joined the Nigerian Navy as an officer cadet after obtaining the West African School Certificate in 1962 and proceeded to the United Kingdom for training at the prestigious Britannia Royal Naval College in Darkmouth, England. He graduated from the Naval College in 1966 as a Sub Lieutenant after obtaining an equivalent of a B.Sc Degree in Defence Studies.
In 1972, attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander, he proceeded to Cochin in India for a specialist course in Navigation, obtaining a certificate in Astronomical and Ocean Navigation. In 1980, he attended the Defence Services Staff College in Wellington, India for his Staff Course and graduated with a PSc and MSc (Defense Studies) from the University of Madras.
Rear Admiral Nesiama held various command staff appointments in the Navy and Joint Services including Commanding Officer of several major warships and shore establishments; Director of Personnel Services at the Naval Headquarters; Chief Staff Officer at the Western Naval Command; Commandant of the Naval College; Port-Harcourt; Director of Naval Faculty at the Command and Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna; Deputy Commandand, Command and Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna; Flag Officer, Commanding Western Naval Command, Apapa and also the Chief of Naval Plans at the Naval Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, Lagos.
He attended several management and staff courses at home and abroad; was Chairman, Rivers State Contracts Review Committee; Chairman, Naval Strategy Drafting Committee, and member of the Nigerian Delegation to the United Nations Law of the Sea Conference in New York from 1977 - 1979. He retired honourably with full benefits from the Navy in January, 1994 and is happilly married with children.
SENATOR (CHIEF) S. A. OTEGBOLA - Director
Senator (Chief) S. A. Otegbola acquired his academic and professional qualifications in England with emphasis in Insurance Law, Valuation and Estate Management. He is a Fellow of numerous professional bodies, including the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Rating, and Valuers Association of England, in addition to being an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Institue of Arbitrators.
The Senator had extensive experience that covered many countries including the UK and East Africa. He is a very Senior Partner of Knight Frank and Rutley (Nig.) and Managing Partner of Osagie, Okeke Otegbola and Co. He was a Senator and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Labour and Productivity during the Babangida Administration. He is currently the Chairman of Board of Directors, Federal Housing Authority.
CHIEF ERIC N. NWOBI - Director
Chief Eric N. Nwobi is an accomplished academic Professional and Industrialist with qualifications spanning the fields of Economics, Commerce and Management. He is an alumnus of University of Ibadan and Harvard University, USA. He worked in Shel and Lever Brothers Nig. Plc and attended courses both in Nigeria and overseas. Over the years, he established numerous business organizations covering diverse areas as Hospital, Vehicle Distribution, Transportation, Courier Services, Furniture, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Assembly and Distribution of Household Goods and Appliances and General Merchandising. Chief Nwobi served in numerous Committees in Private and Governmental bodies and he is on the Board of many companies and organizations.
DR. MATTHEW AKHIGBEMIDU UDUEBO - Director
He hails from Edo State and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Economics from the University of Lagos. He held the post of Director, International Economic Relations Department in Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) from April 1988 to December 1994, when he retired voluntarily from service.
OLOROGUN LUCKY OGHENE-OMORU (JP) -Director
Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru (Justice of Peace) is an Economist, Banker and Administrator. He attended South-West London College for his A.I.B. and University of Wales, where he studied Financial Economics, culminating in the award of the M.A. Degree. He is a member of many National and International Professional Bodies and Associations including the Institute of Bankers, London; Chartered Instititute of Bankers, Nigeria; Nigerian Economic Society; Institute of Directors, Nigeria; and Institute of Directors, London.
Olorogun Oghene-Omoru attended numerous courses at home and abroad, covering many areas skill acquisition, some of which are namely: Supervisory Skills; Advance Management; International Banking and Finance; Capital Markets and New Issues Procedures; various courses in computers and computerization; Financial Planning and Control Budgeting; Economic and Financial Policies of Government; Mergers; Acquisitions and Leverage Buy-Outs and other courses too numerous to mention. He also attended many seminars and workshops at home and abroad, bordering generally in Finance, Economic Policy, International Trade and Management.
His working experience saw him in New Nigeria Bank, ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers), Bendel State Government, where he served as member of State Executive and Honourable Commissioner for Commerce and Industry and later of Finance and Economic Planning before coming to Falcon Securities Limited.
While he was Commissioner in Bendel State, he was at various times Chairman of many committees and Boards, notable of which are the following: Committee on Commercialisation and Privatisation of Government companies; Bendel State Economic Recovery and Advisory Council; and Presidential Task Force on the Development of Mineral Producing Areas, Bendel State Chapter.
He was also involved in the rehabilitation, commercialization and privatization of government enterprises at both the State and Federal levels.
Among the course of Olorogun Lucky Oghene-Omoru's eventful career in Banking and Government, he acquired a lot of experience and accomplished many tasks, which are very relevant to the present business direction of Falcon Securities Limited.
MR. PETER UKUORITSEMOFE OLOLO - Managing Director/CEO
A Chartered Accountant and a Licensed Stock Broker, he holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. In a career spanning about a decade, he worked initially at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc and later ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers), where he held many challenging positions. These included Primary and Secondary Market Functions, ICON Stockbrokers Limited (Merchant Bankers), a post he held until his present appointment.
